Under Milk Wood Revisited

It’s only right that in this centenary year of Dylan Thomas we celebrate the landscape that inspired him. This new book – my third for 2014 – is in collaboration with ace photographer Mark Davis and captures Thomas’ birthplace in Swansea, his final home in Laugharne and a host of behind-the-scenes image from the 1972 film of Under Milk Wood, written and directed by Andrew Sinclair. The all-star movie, shot on location in Fishguard, features Richard Burton, Peter O’Toole and Elizabeth Taylor.

The book will be out in late September. It will be launched at the Fishguard Festival when the film will be screened in the presence of Andrew Sinclair and local people who were involved as extras.
